We are primarily a cloth diaper family, but there are times when we use disposables for convenience. When we do purchase disposables, we always choose Pampers. Initially, we tried a few different brands, most notably store brands, since we figured we might be able to get away with cheap diapers since we wouldn't be using them often. Boy was that a mistake! Munchkin Super Premium Diapers Pounds

I'll admit that I am VERY picky when it comes to diapers! The ONLY diapers I would use on our baby was Pampers Cruisers before trying these. But, I got a box of these Munchkin size 4 diapers for 7 cents a diaper and couldn't pass up the deal! So...They passed my tests!! I love everything about them! The consistency is great, it's not too soft and mushy when wet like others. Sometimes diapers are so loosey-goosey that when they get wet, they start falling apart and getting soggy, sometimes even making their pants wet. These stay dry on the outside! No leaks! I love how the back has the little elastic at the top of their bum to help hold in and prevent blow outs! The area fitting around the legs has a great design with two layers of elastic lining to prevent ruining clothes from leaks out the sides. The tabs stick very well, and the sides aren't too stretchy to where they end up so skinny they dig into the baby's rolls! They are just right, and look very comfortable so when they sit they aren't digging into their skin. There isn't a heavy smell to them either like some diapers. I don't like my baby smelling like a feminine pad! The designs are super gender neutral and very cute! I'm so pleased and am sharing this information with all my friends! I'm so thankful for these awesome, affordable diapers! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My son (2.5) was having accidents at least once a night and leaking through his diapers. He is fully potty trained and only wears diapers at night to prevent bed wetting. After being throughly frustrated and annoyed at the leakage from the Seventh Generation diapers I tried these and I will never go back! They are PERFECT for little boys at night time. The top is tall/long enough to cover their bellies and protect against leakage from the top -- which was the major problem with my son. Also, they are so comfortable for toddlers that are potty trained that they actually keep them on at night -- my son has a habit of taking of his diaper off mid-way through the night. Bottom line - if you are at your wits end and are tired of cleaning sheets on a daily basis try these - they are fabulous!

These diapers work very well, and although the style periodically changes as I've read others mentioning, they are good. The latest shipment I received no longer has a yellow stripe that turns blue to show when it's wet, but that's not really essential to me, as the fullness of the diaper tells me what I need to know. The one thing that I do like is that the inner lining (which touches baby's bottom) is the smooth material, as opposed to the mesh lining which I've heard others found was not as comfortable for the baby. A previous shipment I had was with the mesh lining and I didn't notice any problems, but it did sometimes leave an imprint on baby's bottom; the main thing is that the smooth lining seems to work very well and leave no mark or irritation. I do have very mixed feelings about all the of the waste created by diaper use, but these ended up being the most economical and practical solution for us, and the diapers hold a lot well, so we're hopefully using them as effectively as possible! The pricing on Amazon is also very competitive which is great, too.

Like lot of people, I'm looking out for ways and products to aid the environment and be more green. I'm a first time mom and I wanted to find something a little more green for diaper for my newborn. I had ordered the new born size before I went into labor. After I came home from the hospital I started using this diaper..... the diapers were leaking too often. I was worried and switched to pampers dry.... he started to develop diaper rashes inspite of applying petrolatum during every diaper change. So I switched back to huggies pure and natural, his rashes started to reduce, but the leaking problem started. I didn't want to give up on this brand, because it was huggies, so I decided to give this another try, so I ordered size 1 (my son is a big baby... 8.3lbs at birth) and that did the trick. So the first time around it was not the brand but the size that caused the leakage. Now my son is happy without any rashes and wet diaper and so am I. Sometimes he goes on without a diaper change for about 5 to 6 hours and never has it leaked after the size upgrade. Now I've ordered size 2 and my son is 2 months old. So for people having leaking trouble, try a bigger size. One advice - I was told that a new born might go thro' about 10-12 diapers a day and I could use new born size for upto a month and half. So I enrolled in the amazon subscribe and save program (btw, it is great time and money saver and the best part is you get what you ordered at your door step in two days with Prime Shipping) and by the time I delivered, I had about 300 diapers on hand-a months supply. But I couldn't use more than a 50 before I had to upgrade to size 1. So wait to find out your child's size and then stock up.

We originally started out with a subscription delivery of another brand of disposable diapers, which also worked quite well. However, as our infants bowel movements started to get bigger, we started having "blow outs". All up his back and into his onesie - GROSS. We were given some Huggies by some friends and after a week, we noticed that, while bug was still having his bigger bowel movements, fewer of them were making it out of the diaper. Certainly, the Huggies were more stretchy, had a softer outer covering, but I wasn't really moved by the asthetics of the diaper - I was looking to have fewer onesies that needed hand washing and the Huggies provided that. No leaks out of the leg holes, very few up his back and they absorb wee like champs! We switched our subscription to try it for a month and I am so happy with them that I think we will be sticking with Huggies for the duration.
